There is no light in the ocean floor, and creatures living there are able to develop extraordinary abilities to adapt. Those changes give incredible but scary results.


Glass Squid


A lot of marine species have bioluminescent organisms. Underneath its eyes, the glass squid have lighty organs they use to cancel their shadows, giving them a mysterious expression.

Longnose Skate


In addition to have a particuliar feline look, the longnose skate got multiple eyespots on wings which serve as decoys to confuse predators.

  Macropinnahas a very unique characteristics. it has two green eyes located inside its head, enclosed within a transparent dome. This unic characteristic allows it to collect more light and protect itself from danger.
