Cancelation Policies


Spotmydive allows suppliers (centers and fleets of boats) to choose from the following cancellation policy: flexible, moderate and severe. We will apply to protect both the supplier and the traveler. Each announcement and booking on our website clearly specifies the cancellation policy.



Flexible Policy : Full refund 4 day prior to start diving, except fees of 10%


Cancellation 4 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date
You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price

Cancellation between 48 and 96 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date
You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement

Cancellation 48 hours or later are what we call last-minute cancellations
No reimbursements will be effected

- The Spotmydive service fee is non-refundable.
Spotmydive will mediate when necessary and has the final say in all mediated disputes.
- A booking is officially canceled when the traveler sends an email with the subject cancellation at the following address contact@spotmydive.com
- Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances.
- Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.



Moderate Policy : Full refund 10 days prior to start diving, except fees of 10%


Cancellation 10 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date
You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price

Cancellation between 4 and 10 days prior to the agreed activity starting date
You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement

Cancellation 4 days or later, prior to the agreed activity starting date, is considered last-minute cancellations
