Spotmydive is a new concept, imagined by three traveler-divers having had very diverse diving experiences in the wide world. The main problem we had in mind at the time was quite basic: find and list the best dive sites per country so that you can discover them and test them in your turn. After a diving trip to Malta, we realized that we had missed two magnificent wrecks. We had been badly advised but the information was also very scattered on the internet. In order to ensure that this mishap does not happen again, we have thought of a platform that would bring together all the elements essential to get the best out of your diving trips: the best destinations, the best spots and the best diving centers in the world. Launched in July 2016, Spotmydive has seen its community expanding quickly and participating rapidly in this great adventure. We would like to thank all those who have taken, take and will take the time to note, comment, advise, share their experiences and record their dives. In 2017, Spotmydive becomes more beautiful and new features are added to make it always more complete and playful. Most of the optimization of the website have come from advices and feedback from the community.
I am one of the pioneers of Spotmydive and the main editor of the articles of the blog. I hope to share all my love for the sea and for scuba diving through the articles of the blog. If you want to write an article about a topic that you are passionate about, feel free to send it to me and I would be happy to publish it if the topic has not already been treated.
For the record, I am 31 years old, and after commercial studies, I wanted to work with passion about something that really matters to me. I was successively divemaster then instructor PADI and manager of diving centers during 5 beautiful years. With 1,500 dives, I had the chance to explore the seabed and the wrecks of many great diving destination of the Mediterranean and Caribbean and Asia, such as Indonesia and Thailand.
My main objective is to find interesting photos, videos and article for our social networks. I also have the responsibility of contacting new partners so that Spotmydive can grow every day. If you want to communicate on your brand, if you think that you have the buzz of tomorrow, if you take beautiful pictures or if you have great videos, unpublished and amazing, do not hesitate to contact me.
Since it is necessary to introduce myself, I am the dean of the company with my ... 32 years old. I am also what is called a diving enthusiast. I spent my divemaster in Thailand then I passed my PADI instructor. I also managed cruises and a resort. I have 1,400 dives on my dive books. Some of which were unfortunately lost. I traveled extensively in Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, China, Philippines), Europe (Malta, Spain, Italy, Ireland) and Africa.
I, too, am like my accomplices and friends, a salesman who has practical experience in this field. I now manage the relationship between our customers and the diving structures. I also bring a strategic vision on future developments to be made on Spotmydive. You are a diving center and you have questions about the platform (payments, transactions, conditions ...), contact me and I will answer you as soon as possible. Your suggestions can be, I am convinced, very useful for the improvement of Spotmydive
I am, on the other hand, 27 years old and I am the youngest of the company. I started scuba diving in 2012 in Thailand and since then I have kept the virus. For the anecdote, Lukas made me spend my open water diver and my advanced open water. Today I have nearly 150 dives to my credit, the majority in Thailand but also in the Maldives, Corsica and French Polynesia.
